Buy less water
Every m³ recovered is one you do not pay for.
We treat the streams you send to drain today and return them to your process. Under ideal conditions we can recover up to 80% of that water*.
Most plants buy water, use it once and send it to drain. Water recovery treats those waste streams back to process quality, so you buy less fresh water and discharge less.
Every stream is different. We first characterize it with lab analysis and then combine whatever technologies are needed: ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange or UV disinfection. The actual recovery rate is defined in the assessment; under ideal conditions it can reach up to 80%.
*Up to 80% under ideal conditions. The actual rate depends on each stream, the process and other variables, and is defined in the assessment.

The train is built around the stream you want to recover.
Savings show up in your water bill, your discharge and your operation.

Lower volume to drain, lower discharge fees and less risk of fines.
Water free of hardness and silica: less scaling in boilers, towers and equipment.
Depend less on city supply and wells during dry seasons or restrictions.

With rental or pay per use, savings start with no capital outlay. Subject to evaluation.

One partner for the whole project.
Same equipment, same engineering. Rental and pay per use require no upfront investment, subject to technical, financial and contractual evaluation.
One-time investment. You own the asset and can depreciate it.

Yes. It is one of the streams we recover most, because it is usually fairly clean water that is discarded in full.
Approximate yearly savings = m³/day sent to drain × recovery % × total cost per m³ × operating days per year. Cost per m³ should include supply, water trucks, treatment and discharge fees. That is the gross saving; subtract the cost of running the system (energy, chemicals, membranes, maintenance and concentrate disposal) to get the net saving.
Yes, it is treated to the quality your process requires. That target is defined at the start, together with the stream analysis.
Not necessarily. With rental or pay per use (per liter or m³ treated) there is no upfront investment, subject to technical, financial and contractual evaluation.
